He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Burgess; his brothers, William and Jack Keinath; and his sisters-in-law, Jane and Jackie Keinath.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Bryant (George) of Sedona and Susan Groover of Maybee; his brother Robert Keinath of Dundee; his grandson Joshua Valentine (Tera) of Onsted; and his great grandchildren, Jaxyn and Brody.
