He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Pennington and Arlene Pennington (Rummel). He is survived by: his wife Dee Pennington; his daughters, Leah Manley (Brian) and Sarah Anderson (David); his brother Martin "Marty" Pennington (Sue); his grandchildren, Eleanor Manley, Elizabeth Anderson and Sloan Anderson; his nephew Michael Pennington; his niece Andrea Powell (Tom); and his great-niece Lexis Pennington.
