He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mahey and Evelyn Mahey; and his brother Roger LeRoy Mahey (Bernies) of Australia. He is survived by: his pets, Lucy and Skipper; his wife Mary Ann Mahey; his children, Theresa Ann Sajewski (Walter), Donna Lynn Aardema (Jim), Margaret Frances Mahey (Michael Hess) and Cheryle Jeanne Anderson (Robert Yaros); his grandchildren, Kristen, Jennifer, Jordan, Sarah, Paul, Cody, Kari, Dayton, Hannah and Emily; his great grandchildren, Noah and Jameson; his sister Linda Hissong (Gregg); his friend Frealin Craft of Manchester; and his pet Sassy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial donation in honor of David are encouraged towards the family or the IHM of Monroe.
