She was predeceased by: her father Lyle Blain II. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Chachulski (Michele), Elaine Hindenach (Jon) and Emily Rodenbeck (Matt); her grandchildren, Jade, Eila, Kian, Austin and Elon; and her mother Lois Blain. She is also survived by six siblings; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
