He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Burr and Shirley Rogers. He is survived by: his brother J. Scott Rogers (Marilyn); his niece Kelley Rogers; his nephew Greg Rogers (Stacey); his uncle David Reed; and his cousins, Kris, Kathy, Betsy, Amy, Claudia and Mark.
