He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bolt and Johanna Bolt (Groen); his siblings, Bonnie McMichael and Frank Peltz; and his nephew Ronnie McMichael.
He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Bolt; his brothers, George and Bill Bolt (Jean); and his sister-in-law Joanne Peltz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
