It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Johnson (Dorr, Michigan), who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Johnson; her parents, Joseph Weidenfeller and Margaret Weidenfeller; her sister Jeanette Reed; her brother-in-law Mike Reed; her siblings, Margaret Piebenga and Joe Feller; her parents-in-law, Dorval Johnson and Stella Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Johnson, Sharon Brower, Keith Brower, Robert Johnson and Ruth Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Mike Johnson (Julie); her grandchildren, Chris Johnson (Katie) and Rebecca Johnson; her great grandchildren, Kyla and Preston Johnson; her aunt Dort; and her friends, Phyllis, Shirley, Beverly, Marlene and Jerry.
When in attendance, we kindly ask that all guests wear a face covering and practice social distancing for their safety and the well-being of the family.
In honor of Dottie and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
