She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald. She is survived by: her children, Donald Groters (Sarah), Thomas Groters (Marie), Maryann Hamilton (Paul), Dorothy Zandstra (David), Gerald Groters and Christine Groters (Albert Illingworth); and her siblings, Thomas Wagner (Sherry) and Darla Wagner (Bob). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Dorothy, contributions may be made to Faith Hospice.
