She is survived by: her husband Bart D'Agostino; her children, Joe Walker (Angel), Danielle D'Agostino, Chloe Grego (Jimmy) and Cierra D'Agostino (Jacob Wright); her grandchildren, Jacob, Jesse, Link, Zoe and Brandon (Tabitha); her great grandchildren, Austin, Dustin and Oliver; and her sister Pam Antcliffe (Les). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In memory of Carol and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
