He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Francis and Geraldine Francis; his brother Mark Francis; his daughter-in-law Beth Francis; and his granddaughter Natalie Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Rexanne Marie Francis (Cooper); his sons, Dan Francis and Matt Francis; his brother Gary Francis; and his sister-in-law Linda Losik.
