She was predeceased by: her mother Betty. She is survived by: her children, Diane Camaj (Vasel), Linda Miller (Floyd), Cathy Strong (Pete), Wayne Derrick (Lori), Dale Derrick (Char) and Eugene Jr.; and also Eugene Sr.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association are appreciated.
