She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Moats and Alene Moats (Aubert); and her brother Bruce Moats. She is survived by: her husband Gunther Nieder; her children, Codie Nieder (Samantha), Olivia Kaniewski (Jordon), Ashley Nieder and Samuel Nieder (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Alexis, Harper, Layla, Marla, Elodie, Everett, Piper and Luna; and her sister Kimberly Anderson (Wayne).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alaska Baptist Church (7240 68th St SE, Caledonia, MI 49316). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial contributions in Joy's names are strongly encouraged to direct them to the Alzheimer's Association – Greater Michigan Chapter.
