He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Reed and Phyllis Reed; his sons, David and Douglas; and his siblings, John Monroe and Bonnie Jean Lane.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sister Marilyn Christensen (Marvin); his stepsons, Kyle Mead (Jamie) and Kevin Mead (Ashley); his daughters, Tracy and Terri Reed; and his pet Brodie. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
