She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ball and Ila Ball (Stevens); her brother Lee Munson; her great grandchild Aspen Polomcak; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Polomcak.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Polomcak; her children, Wayne Polomcak (Deanna), Dale Polomcak (Jill), Dean Polomcak (Melissa), Annette Lonsbery (Martin) and Donalee Polomcak; her grandchildren, Shannon Meacham (Andrew), Megan Hurley (Dan), Stefanie Polomcak, Pierce Lonsbery (Becca), Nolan Polomcak (Hannah) and Kelsey Polomcak; and her sisters, Linda Wills (Jim), Laura Geegan (Pat) and Elaine Rawlins (Mike). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
