She was predeceased by: her father Leon Streit; her father-in-law Robert Bessac; her brother-in-law Timothy McComb; her nephew Jeffrey Slezak; and her sister Elizabeth Streit.

She is survived by: her mother Mary Ellen Streit (Koenigsman); her husband Mark Bessac; her children, Brooke (Koehn Kentish) and Rob; her mother-in-law Geri Bessac; and her siblings, Sue Overman (Rick), David Streit, Janie McComb, Sandy Hake (Rodney), Janelle Cusenza (Jeff) and Stephanie Slezak (Ken). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and dear friends.
