He was predeceased by: his father Robert Allan Swartz. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Swartz; his daughter Kaya Sloman Swartz; his brother Jonathan Swartz (Ginny); his niece Elizabeth Swartz; and his nephew Arthur Swartz. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
