He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Sr. Beatty and Marie Beatty (Jeffries); his wife Marjorie E. Rohen; and his brother Donnie Beatty. He is survived by: his children, Diane Lien, Bruce Beatty, Eileen Root, Britt Beatty and Annemarie Houlmont; and his sister Ellie Korbini. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
