He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emmett Skaggs and Lucy Skaggs; his wife Sharon; his daughters, Kathryn Manley (Frank) and Angie Hards (Preston); his grandchildren, Kylie, Preston (PJ), Mitchell, Maia and Frankie; and his close friends, Don and Jim. He was also cherished by other loving family members and friends.
