He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ploof and Marcella Ploof (Worley); his former wife Sharon Weigandt; and his son-in-law Don Gerber. He is survived by: his wife Marti; his children, John Ploof (Kelly King), Barbara Gerber, Joseph Ploof (Kim), David M. Ploof (Eric Rodgers) and Daniel Ploof (Amber); his grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah Ploof, Andrew, Lindsay, Kelly Gerber, Gracie Ploof, Jada, Ava, Layla and Joyanna Ploof; his great grandchildren, Mason Ploof and Sydnee Gerber; and his brother Jerry Ploof. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church or the St. Luke NEW Life Center in Flint, in David's memory.
