He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Worvie and Mary Evelyn Worvie (Collis); his sister Marilyn Brandt; and his nephew Steven Worvie. He is survived by: his wife Carol Worvie; his children, Brandy Worvie, Edward Worvie and Jennifer Franks; his stepsons, Christopher King (Lisa), Billy King (Krista) and Stephen King (Brittiny); and his siblings, Larry Worvie (William), Joyce Jackson (Ken) and Dennis Worvie (Debbie). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces; 3 nephews; many other loving family members and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Veterans Esteem Team "Students helping Veterans and promoting Patriotism" and Wreaths Across America, in Dale's memory.
