He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Dahl and Mildred Dahl (Milks); his son Robert J. Dahl; and his siblings, Alfred, Rudolph and Thedous Eileen.
He is survived by: his pet Boomer; his wife Sharon Dahl of Cornell; his children, Shelly Heikkinen (Marty) of Cornell and Michael Dahl (Joan) of Cornell; and his grandchildren, Robert Heikkinen of Flat Rock, Todd Dahl of Cornell and Lacey Dahl of Cornell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
