He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ball and Marie Ball (Howard) of Coopersville; his wife Jane Carolyn Simms; his sister Effie Lou; his brother-in-law Eldon Barclay; his son-in-law Philip Anderson; and his niece Sally Barclay.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marie Anderson, Brenda Rose (Daniel) and Nancy Nienhouse (Charlie); his sister-in-law Susan Simms; and his close friend Dorothy Wales of Grand Haven. He is also survived by three grandsons; six great grandchildren; nephews, a niece and many cousins.
