It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Joseph Ponshair of Coopersville, Michigan, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Ponshair and Joe Ponshair; and his wives, Gertrude Ponshair (Gase) and Wanda Ponshair (Benette-Hall). He is survived by: his siblings, James (Margaret) and Jolynn (Ron); his daughter Kathy Kwiatkowski (Paul); and his grandson Greg (Hannah). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Interim Hospice.
