He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Noppert and Helen Noppert (Waugh); his wife Janet Renger; his siblings, Richard Noppert and Johanna Dinneen; and his brother-in-law Dick Dinneen.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Boles (Ralph) and Brian Noppert (Heidi); his grandchildren, Dylan Kolberg (Megan), Blake Kolberg (Jessica), Aaron Noppert and Connor Noppert; his great grandchildren, JoAnna and Isaac; and his niece Karen Tibbitts (Greg).
