He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Manning and Anne Manning; and his nephew Gary McCarrol. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Manning; his sons, Mike Manning Jr. and Rainey Manning; and his sister Sally McCarrol. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
