We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 27, Jonathan Michael Houtman of Coopersville, Michigan, born in Zeeland, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Houtman. He is survived by: his mother Rosalee Houtman; and his brother Bradley Houtman (Fiance' Lhamo Wangden). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many extended family and friends.

In memory of Jonathan, memorial donations may be made to the Ottawa Area Center.
