He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Bush and Hattie Bush (Laug); his grandson Drew Veeneman; his brothers, Ray Bush (Margaret) and Howard Bush (Eloise); and his brother-in-law Ray Bulthuis (Lorraine).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Bush (Bulthuis); and his children, Mary Veeneman, Betty Wurm (Joe), Jim Bush (Lisa) and Steve Bush (Cris). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
