She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Snoeyink and Ann Snoeyink (Lemmink). She is survived by: her husband Kermit Junior Lems; her children, Steve (Tom Evans), Tracey, Melissa (Duane) and Corey Lems (Shannon); her grandchildren, Taylor Hudson (Dayln) of Jordyn Lems, C. J., Bryce Postma, Chloe Lems (Wayland), Anna Postma, Claudia Lems and Casen Lems; her great grandchildren, Zaria and Arabella Hudson; and her sister Bonnie Brunsting (Dennis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers Cheryl would have loved to see donations be given to St. Jude's.
