He is survived by: his daughter Gail Shaw; his grandchildren, Keira Shaw and Damian Shaw; his siblings, Ruth Fridsma (John), Paul Modderman (Kay) and Carol Porter; and his close friend Joyce Higgins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
