He is survived by: his wife Candee Hansel; his stepdaughter Gabi Markel; his children, Ellee and Dakohtah Hansel; his brother Wyllis Hansel; his stepbrother Bill Olney; his father-in-law Tom Markel (Cathy); and his nephew Scott Morgan.
