He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Moehlman; his stepfather Howard Moehlman; his father Hebert Payne; and his niece Candace Raschke. He is survived by: his siblings, Kandy Cadena (Robert), Lynn Schigur (Bill), Lauri Moehlman, John Moehlman (Mary) and Paul Moehlman; and his stepchildren, Siri, Dylan and Brian. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
