He is survived by: his father Gary Carpenter; his wife Bonnie Boehm; his stepson Joshua Phillips; his grandchildren, Braylee and Mason; his siblings, Sharon Carpenter, Roberta Lee Campbell, Kimberly Hilden (Mark) and Gary Carpenter Jr.; and his pets, Alex, Bear Bear, Laverne and Pork Chop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
