He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Hastedt and Alma Hastedt (Polman); his wife Emily Hastedt; and his cousin June. He is survived by: his children, Myra Bunker and Duane Hastedt (Bridget); his granddaughters, Sara Tumbleson (Bryan), Rebecca West (Guy), Jenna Bunker and Anna Henry (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Greyson, Reese, Amelia and Zander; his siblings-in-law, Curtis Wisenbaugh (Shirley), George Besko and Rose Petschel; and his cousin Sydney Martin (Donald).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Sinai Lutheran Church.
