She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershal Daniels and Lillie Daniels (Taylor); her husband Duane Chapelle; and her siblings, Ann Harrington, Diana Doyle, Jack Daniels and Michele "Mickey" Severn.

She is survived by: her children, Timothy (Elaine Lang), Shawn Lang, Chris (Tracy Toth), Kellie (Sean Gilbert) and John (Carol Toth); and her grandchildren, Joshua (Jessica Lang), Zachary (Kelsey Lang), Garrett Lang, Alisha (Brad Coonrod), Taylor (Jagger Bennett), Tobias Gilbert, Jake Gilbert and Sara Naragon. She is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
