He is survived by: his wife Debra Shaw; his sons, Michael James Shaw (Dawn Marie) and Matthew Paul Shaw (Andrea Kristen); his grandchildren, Parker Ryan Shaw, Lyndsey Rene Shaw, Savanna Paige Shaw and Cameron Matthew Shaw; and his brothers, Laddie Shaw (Linda), Jerry Shaw (Sandy), Kenneth Shaw and James Shaw (Alicia). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
