He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Jessica Nelson (Cody), Jennifer Heath (David) and Justin Rasch; his mother Eleanor Single; his grandchildren, Gavin, Gracie, Ellie Mae, Nathaniel (Aleigha) and Zachary (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Waylyn, Zaylyn and Adalyn; and his mother-in-law Judy Tindall.
