He is survived by: his wife Shirley Schirmacher (Halchishak); his children, Pamela Eberenz (Dennis) of Brooklyn, Eric Schirmacher (Debbie) of Brooklyn and Denine Wells (Duaine) of Tecumseh; and his grandchildren, Kevin Eberenz (Victoria), Kelly Eberenz, Kacie Eberenz, Fritz Schirmacher (Julie), Jessica Trail (Rich), Ryan Schirmacher (Melissa), Andy Schirmacher (Angie), Spencer Schirmacher (Katie), Gabe Schirmacher, Joseph Wells, Travis Wells (Andrea) and Amanda Wines (Mike). He is also survived by twenty one great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
