He is survived by: his wife Helen Miller; his children, Jeff McGuire (Vicki), John Richardson, Jerry Blakeslee (Annette), Fred Blakeslee, Julie Phillips-Ewell, Rob Blakeslee (Dana), Pete VanWagner (Kelly) and Mindi Lund; his grandchildren, Brandi, Jennifer, Jerry II, Tyler, Jacob, Kaylee Blakeslee, Matt, Ryan Blakeslee, Tristan VanWagner, Morgan Warner, Connor, Cayden Whiteherse, Billy, Brooke and Bridgette Ewell; and his great grandchildren, Porter, Elizabeth, Levi, Oliver, Julianna, Leland and Blake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
