He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene Miller (Hodges) and Melvin Miller; his parents-in-law, Howard and Josephine Follett; his siblings, Peggy, Bonnie Petricevic, Lowell "Sonny" and Howard "Butch"; his siblings-in-law, John Ingersoll, Ken Maier, Bucky Briar, Floyd Brown, Dan "Boone" Follett, Joan Miller and Nancy Follett; his nephew Mike Gross; and his nieces, Danielle Fulghum, Peggy Miller and Bobbi Borsenik.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Follett; his children, Cathy Fitzpatrick (Doug), Beth Ann, Mark Miller (Carrie) and Matthew Miller (Jenn); his grandchildren, Kyle (Lexi), Klinton (Stephanie), Josie (Calvin), Kurtis (Morgan), Luke, Logan, Liam, Katelyn, Emily, Sydney, Hunter, Ashlyn, Jett and Matlyn Haze; his siblings, Jean Gross (Frank), Joyce Weigold (Marvin), Jim Miller (Geri), JoAnn Kroll (Walt), Robert Miller (Janet), Jenney Wendling (Mike), Lucille Maier, Dean Miller (Deb) and Carla Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Petricevic, Lois Miller, Jean Ingersoll and Colleen Follett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
