He is survived by: his children, Michael Collins Jr. (Sandy) of Mascoutah, IL, LuAnn Maxwell of Peru, IN, Tina Collins (Steve Wilson) of Rives Junction, MI, Barbara Beardslee (Shane) of Tampa, FL, Jason Collins (Megan) of Newport News, VA and Melissa Garcia of Adrian, MI. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
