She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Agnew and Theresa Blazejewski (Kelso); her husband Gerald Koviack; her son Joseph Koviack; her grandson Andrew Teller; and her brother-in-law Donald Zubek.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Teller of Temperance, Mi, Kimberly Stivers (Randy) of Montrose and Christopher Koviack (Deanna) of Temperance; her grandchildren, Amy Teller, Ashlende Lowry (Ethan), Brooke Stivers (Adrian), Sarah Koviack, Molly Koviack and Nathan Koviack; her stepgrandsons, Randy Stivers and Alex Stivers; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Emmett, Addison, Aurora, Layla and Dallas; and her siblings, Elaine Zubek, Parny Clanton (Tim), Laure Marietta (Frank), Richard Agnew (Linda), Joseph Agnew (Lillian), Philip Agnew (Jeanne), Mark Agnew (Debi) and David Agnew (Julie). She is also survived by many brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and other loving family and friends.
