She is survived by: her husband Dennis Cook; her sons, Charles Cook (Lynne) and Richard Cook; her grandchildren, Tara, Victoria and Tyler; her great grandchild Sophia; and her brothers, John Woolston and Dale Woolston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
