He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pacek and Donna Pacek (Parker); his father-in-law Samuel Lopez; and his siblings, John Dennis and Norma O'Brien.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Lopez; his sons, Thomas Lopez (Tausha), Travis Pacek and Phillip Stewart; his grandchildren, Linkin Pacek and Thomas Lopez, Jr.; his brother Jeremy Dorrance (Mary Anne); his mother-in-law Susan Lopez; his sisters-in-law, Annette Lopez and Donna Macny; and his close friends, Frank King and Dess Bacon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other loving family and friends.
