He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kukulis and Mary Kukulis (Krizan); his wife Barbara Kukulis; his daughter-in-law Julie Kukulis; and his sisters, Virginia Gosselin and Lillian Hedrich.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Haney, Chuck Kukulis and Doug Kukulis; his grandchildren, Krystal Haney, Steven Kukulis (Megan), Kelsey Kukulis and Kassandra Kukulis; his great grandchild Gavin Kukulis; and his siblings, Jerry Kukulis and Joan Rieder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
