She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Blakeslee and Theresa Blakeslee (Smith); her grandson Miguel Mata Jr.; and her siblings, Byron "Butch" Blakeslee, Maxine Blakeslee, Merle "Sonny" Blakeslee, William Blakeslee, Mary Ann Clarambeau, Judith Lepeak and Brenda Wagner.
She is survived by: her former husband Jose Perez; her husband Jose "Kiko"; her children, Noemi Perez, Jose Jr. Perez (Shonney) of Corunna, Juan Perez (Christy), Anna Liza Puroll of Flint and Joshua Perez (Mickaela) of Chesaning; her sister Lorraine Rosencrans of Chesaning; and her sister-in-law Margaret Blakeslee of Reed City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Following Covid 19 guidelines, masks must be worn, and social distancing practiced at the funeral home.
