She was predeceased by: her father Steve Hornak; her brother Jim Hornak; and her daughter-in-law Julie Kukulis. She is survived by: her husband Ernie; her children, Kathy Haney, Chuck Kukulis and Doug Kukulis; her grandchildren, Krystal Haney, Steven Kukulis (Megan), Kegan Kukulis and Kassandra Kukulis; her brother Tony Hornak of Burt; and her sister-in-law Bernice Hornak of Burt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
