He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Frantz and Rosa Frantz (Smalley); and his siblings, Beverly Welton, Bethel Stambaugh (Raymond) and Eleanor Dayton (Leonard).
He is survived by: his wife Norma Mae Grant; his children, Thomas Frantz (Jolie) of Marshall, Timothy Frantz (Lynda) of Charlotte, Tamara Dreps (James) of Olivet and Todd Frantz of Potterville; his grandchildren, Nicole Fleming (Erick), Nisae Williamson (Jason), Jeremy Dreps (Ellen), Joshua Dreps (Taylor), Emilee Steele, Allison Frantz and Darcy Frantz; and his sister Gwen Shelley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
