He was predeceased by: his father John Gingrich. He is survived by: his mother Kay Dawn Gingrich (Tinkey); his sons, Jesse Simmons (Hannah), Trevor Gingrich (Shyann) and Grant Gingrich (Katelyn); his brother Todd Gingrich; and his stepson Andy Shumaker. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
