He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McDonald, and Vera McDonald, Sr. (Browne); and his grandchildren, Taylor McDonald, Skylar Bowers and Jacob McCormick.
He is survived by: his brother Harold "Butch" McDonald, Jr.; and his daughters, Nicole Proffitt (Jerry), Melissa Hall (Tim) and Heather Storm (Jeremy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Buddy.
