He was predeceased by: his parents, Max LaVoye and Ramona LaVoye (Davis); and his nephew Patrick Baker. He is survived by: his siblings, Loretta Baker of Farwell and Jeffrey LaVoye (Nora Jean) of Houghton Lake; his niece Jessica Spotts; and his nephews, Brad Baker Jr. (Christin) of Mt. Pleasant and Phillip Baker (Lindsey) of Harrison.
